BSL Infrastructure was contracted by Ndola Energy Company Limited to construct part of the 105MW Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) operated power plant in Ndola, Zambia. The power plant was constructed in two phases with phase one being commissioned in 2013 while Phase two was commissioned in 2017.

- Fencing
- Access roads as well as the storm water drainage systems
